The Church of God in Hayes

Following the announcement of the 3rd lockdown in England, we have considered whether we should continue to meet for the Remembrance. After considering the messages from Government and the health service, it is the socially responsible thing to do everything we can at this time to reduce the spread of the virus and reduce the pressure on the health service even though we have not been required to close.

We provisionally plan to resume the Remembrance on Sunday 21st February.

The Church of God in Hayes was established in 1938 and linked in fellowship with Churches of God across the world. Our core activities follow the example of the early Churches of God in Jerusalem – “Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day. They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” (Acts 2:41-42)

While following the principles of these early churches we aim to be relevant to the community we are in and all are welcome to our regular and special events.
We offer a range of activities to share the message of Good news about Jesus. Jesus said to his disciples, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10)
